FOOD SERVICE GROUPS
Who’s serving food—and why is it important to Princeton? Many of our non-profit service groups and clubs apply to serve you food during the Flea Market season from the centrally-located Food Service building. The profits made by each group are used to support activities and services to the community -- look in our Visitors Guide under Clubs and Organizations to see what these groups give back to the community!
This building also hosts the Flea Market Information Center--staffed by Princeton Historical Society members--where you can acquire informational brochures, ask questions, or page your lost friends and family!
Weekly offerings at the Food Service building include hamburgers, hot dogs, brats (with sauerkraut if desired), cold soda pop, milk, coffee and doughnuts. The host group may also add specialty items, like chili or hot chocolate. Thanks to Paul Schlaefer, the manager of Sherm’s Piggly Wiggly, you can be assured of freshness, as he delivers and stocks all the necessary supplies weekly.
