A limited number of “Daily” vendor spaces are available each Saturday for those who wish to sell at the market – we can usually accommodate all those who come to sell on an occasional Saturday. These spaces are available on a first-come/first-served basis. A limited number of full-season and half-season spaces are available each year. Spaces cost $25.00 per Saturday for “daily” vendors, and are about 20’ by 10’; average-size vehicles may be parked in your space. You must provide your own tables, chairs and set-up materials; electricity is not available. No Refunds will be given (whether daily or seasonal) once you have paid your space rental fee; no rain refunds! Sellers must vacate the park by 4p.m. All sellers are responsible for cleaning up their own trash and REMOVING all boxes and packing materials from the Park. NO NAILS in the trees, please! Violators may be asked to leave.

The market opens for both vendor set-up and customers at 6am – NO early set-up allowed. We recommend “daily” vendors arrive after 5am and before 6am, and drive into the large parking lot directly across the street from the City Park (east side of Princeton on Hwy. 23). Vendors (in their vehicles) should form a waiting line around the outside circumference of the parking lot. At 6am you will be assigned and directed to your space. There is no overnight parking in the Park, or on the streets around the Park. The Princeton Police Department enforces this regulation. Early parking— beginning at 4a.m.—is permitted in the parking lot directly across the street from the Park. (No camping or alcohol in the parking lot.)

You may buy, sell or trade anything EXCEPT the following: sandwiches/prepared meals, eggrolls, popcorn, sno-cones, soft drinks/SODA/other beverages to be consumed on-grounds (all selling rights reserved). In addition, NO alcoholic beverages, animals, firearms & ammunition, fireworks, or other commodities prohibited by law.

FREE COFFEE is served each morning from 6:30 to 8a.m. in YOUR mug or cup (one cup at a time, please). Cups we provide are 25¢ each. The food stand opens for sales at 8a.m.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE for theft, damage or injury occurring at the Flea Market. NO alcoholic beverages may be sold OR consumed on the grounds (per City Ordinance). Violators will be asked to leave. No Dogs are allowed in the Park (per City Ordinance).
